While we verify availability and facilitate the transfer, we do not guarantee the future market value or commercial success of any domain. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our specific intermediation service. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of opportunity.
Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice. We may update these terms to reflect changes in our process or legal requirements. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
